Prices and Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/p>

As DanaCards is considered as a small business according to \u00a7 19 UStG (German Corporate Tax Act), we are not required to charge VAT or state the VAT amount on our invoices.<\/p>

Fair Trade with DanaCards!<\/h3>

You’ll always pay only the actual shipping costs. All packaging costs will be borne by DanaCards.<\/p>

And another benefit for you:<\/strong>\u00a0There is no minimum order value!<\/p>

Payment Methods:<\/h3>

Our current payment options are payments via Paypal or advance payments. After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail where you will find all necessary payment informations.<\/p>

Shipping costs within\u00a0Germany:<\/h3>

up to 20g = 4 postcards for \u20ac 0,95 (standard letter)<\/p>

up to 50g = 11 postcards for \u20ac 1,10 (compact letter)<\/p>

up to 500g \u20ac 1,80 (large letter)<\/p>

For any orders amounting to \u20ac 20,- or more, shipping costs will be borne by DanaCards<\/p>

Shipping Costs within the EU & worldwide:<\/h3>

up to 20g = 4 postcards for \u20ac 1,25 (standard letter)<\/p>

up to 50g = 11 postcards for \u20ac 1,80 (compact letter)<\/p>

up to 500g \u20ac 3,30 (large letter)<\/p>

For any orders amounting to \u20ac 30,- or more, shipping costs will be borne by DanaCards.<\/p>

All shipping costs are indicated clearly on the article pages in our shop, in your shopping cart and at checkout.<\/p>

Unfortunately, shipping to the USA is currently not possible<\/span><\/h3>

Due to new customs regulations, DHL is significantly restricting parcel shipments from Germany to the USA. As of August 22, 2025, Deutsche Post and DHL Paket will no longer be able to accept and transport parcels and so-called international merchandise mail from business customers to the USA for the time being.<\/p>

Packaging Costs:<\/h3>

None at all! All packaging costs will be borne by DanaCards.<\/p>

Delivery Area:<\/h3>

Worldwide shipping.
Please keep in mind that for all international deliveries, possible additional costs may incur, e.g. for taxes (in the case of intra-communal acquisitions) and\/or other fees or duties, like customs duties. These fees and duties shall be borne by you.<\/p>

Delivery Times:<\/h3>

We will dispatch your DanaCards as soon as possible. The delivery should take place (subject to the availability of the ordered cards) within 1-3 business days.<\/p>

If you have ordered before, we will try to dispatch your order on the same day – even on Saturdays and Sundays!<\/h3>
